Our Ireland Short-Term Immersion Program invites students to live and study alongside Irish peers in leading partner schools, discover Ireland’s deep cultural heritage, and grow in confidence, independence, and global understanding.

This is not a sightseeing trip- it’s a true academic and cultural immersion, crafted to help students expand their worldview and stand out on future college applications.

Program Dates

• Sessions available throughout the school year and during summer months
  • Popular intakes: Spring (March- April) | Summer (June- July) | Autumn (September)
  • Duration: 2 or 4 weeks
  • Applications open 12 weeks before each session (limited placements per school)

Eligibility

• Open to students ages 13- 17
  • English proficiency recommended (Intermediate and above)
  • Good academic record and positive teacher references
  • Open-minded, curious, and ready to engage in new experiences
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

Academic Experience

Students are fully integrated into the Irish school day- attending classes, joining activities, and engaging in Ireland’s world-renowned education system.
You’ll:
• Study subjects like English, Maths, Science, History, and Art alongside Irish students
• Join optional enrichment workshops (STEM, creative writing, or cultural studies)
• Develop communication, problem-solving, and cross-cultural skills
• Gain valuable academic and personal feedback
• Receive a completion certificate and participation report to enhance homeschool or college portfolios

Accommodation

Safety and comfort come first- every placement includes:
• Boarding school housing or carefully screened host family stay
• 24-hour adult supervision and on-site staff support
• Healthy, balanced meals
• Shared rooms with students from other countries
• Access to study areas, recreation spaces, and weekend activities

Activities & Excursions

Ireland is alive with culture, music, and history- every week includes local discovery and adventure.
